Please note that uploading evidence to this site does not constitute filing a property assessment complaint. All property assessment complaints must be filed with the assessor (BC Assessment) by the statutory deadline. If a complaint is not validly filed, the Property Assessment Review Panel will not be able to consider your issues and concerns.
